Position: SAP CRM Analyst
Location: SC
FULL TIME position
- In this role you will focus on all aspects of North America SAP CRM Sales, Services and Marketing. Sealed Air is very innovative and progressive, growth oriented business. Join our dynamic and evolving internal team to support our strategy of growth supported by strong technology and innovation.
- In this role you will be integrally involved in support, project requirements and provide overall support in regards to SAP CRM services. You will need to have a wide range of knowledge around functional configuration that touches the CRM landscape. You will need to possess a strong ability to learn, lead and collaborate with CRM team members as well as technical teams in the achievement of all goals and initiatives.
- You will also be expected to work closely with the CRM Manager, other regions and the governance team to accomplish the overall success of the company, the team, and themselves.
- Strong preference for this position to be based in Duncan, SC or Racine, WI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a primary NA SAP CRM resource in regards to CRM project requirements as they relate to North America as well as Global initiatives
- Act as the SAP CRM expert for insight and guidance at all angles of SAP CRM in regards to North America team support
- Primary resource for ongoing transitions to full SAP CRM from Legacy Systems
- Support business requirements for defect resolution in regards to Action Requests (AR’s) as they are assigned
- Participate in weekly update calls with CRM team members and CRM management to remain aligned with the expected direction and to provide Ingenious Collaboration
- Overall hands-on involvement that provides value to the team, successes to requirements and builds personal skill levels
- Collaborate with outside consultants for third-party application development
Desired Skills and Experience
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or related field is preferred
- Minimum three years experience in SAP CRM functional and configuration including two full project implementations
- Experience in SAP CRM Business Warehouse
- Experience in SAP CRM Implementations
- Experience in SAP ECC Sales configuration
- Understanding and skills in CRM mobility are a plus
- Vendavo experience a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems and manage processes within a complex environment
- Experience or knowledge in MDG is a plus
- Talented in written and verbal communication skills, must be fluent in English
- Experienced in full life-cycle methodology of project management

- Applicant should have the ability to build strong peer relationships with colleagues throughout the company
